Gemstone Mousse - Shiny Flair

Prep unpainted surfaces with White Lightning or allow Dixie Belle Paint to dry completely.

Spread a small amount of water based Gemstone Mousse with a brush, sponge or even your fingers.

Let Gemstone Mouse dry for 30 minutes.

Dry time: 30 minutes  -  Cure time: 24 hours
