All Sales Final To maintain our boutique standards and offer unique finds at fair prices, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us via email within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Return Authorization (RA) A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all claims. Once an RA is issued, the defective item must be postmarked and returned to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Notifications received after the 3-day window or items returned without an RA will not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Order Cancellations & Modifications Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Inventory & Pricing Errors As a human-run boutique, we strive for 100% accuracy, but errors in pricing or inventory can occur.

• • • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Out of Stock Items: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item immediately.

Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal activity.
