Shipping policy
Currently, our products are shipped only to the contiguous US. Please feel free to contact us if you are in another country or AK and HI to check if a particular item can be shipped to you.
Most items are shipped out within 5-14 days. Entire transit times will vary depending on the carrier.
***Furniture and large items are shipped by freight for curbside delivery. A representative from the freight company will contact you once your order has shipped to make arrangements for delivery. PLEASE NOTE: This is curbside delivery so you will need to make arrangements for help to get your item to your door and in your home from the truck, if necessary. Some items are too large for a lift gate or the truck does not have one and you will need to have help to get the piece off of the truck and into your home.***
Rustic Tuesday will not pay for reshipping costs if the customer makes a mistake when entering their address. Please check and make sure everything has been entered correctly. If you are in a rural area, please be sure that your address is deliverable as per the USPS and other shipping companies.
In some cases our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items may require more time. In the case of back-ordered items they will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charges (you will only pay shipping charges one time per order). We will confirm shipment of your order via email. Please provide your email address when checking out. Tracking information will be included in our emails to you.

Free Shipping Promotions:
Free shipping promotions only apply to ship to addresses located in the contiguous US. During Free Shipping Promotions some items that ship via motor freight may not be eligible for free shipping. Should a shipping charge be required a customer service agent will contact you upon receipt of your order. If you have any questions please contact customer service prior to placing your order to confirm the shipping status of your item.

Holiday Shipping:
During any of the holiday seasons, Rustic Tuesday cannot guarantee shipping times, so please order early. We are here to assist you if you have any questions so please ask before placing your order.Â
Special Order and Seasonal Handmade items may take longer than our normal delivery period. This will be clearly marked in the description of the item (example: handmade Christmas item on back order) and also clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase. No refunds will be made for Special Order and Seasonal Handmade items once the order is confirmed to you.
Items Not Included:
We stage our photos to show you how to display our merchandise in your home. Therefore unless specified, candles are not included with candle holders, flowers are not included in containers, bulbs are not included unless listed, etc. If an item is included it will be stated on the item's product detail page.
